The vineyards are located on the bank of Navarre, in the foothills of the Iberian ridge, under the influence of the Moncayo. The grape comes from 60-year-old vineyards. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeast to the vineyard itself, controlling the temperature at 30 C. The total duration of maceration was 25 days. It was passed to American oak barrels for 14 months with four moves. Remaining in the bottle for 12 months: 40% Garnacha , 40% Tempranillo , 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
